Tour Details

Brisbane, the capital of Queensland, is located in the south eastern corner of that state. Queensland, also known as the Sunshine State, is Australia's second largest state by area and has the country's third largest population. On this excursion you will discover some of the hidden gems of Brisbane. By land and water, you will see the sights of historic Brisbane and learn about this vibrant city that is bordered on three sides by the Brisbane River.

You will pass highlights that include the Newstead House (Brisbane’s oldest surviving residence), the Breakfast Creek Hotel, Parliament House, the Treasury Building, Customs House, and many other historical landmarks.

This excursion also includes a 45-minute River Cruise with informative commentary. Take advantage of excellent photo opportunities as you cruise past Brisbane’s most iconic sights, including the Kangaroo Point Cliffs, City Centre, and the Story Bridge.

After disembarking at South Bank Parklands the excursion continues by land. Drive through the Central Business District past prominent buildings and feel the heartbeat of Brisbane’s past and present. You will tour past many historical and significant architectural buildings, including City Hall, St. John’s Cathedral, Treasury Casino and many others.

Lastly, enjoy a photo stop at Kangaroo Point for an unequaled view over the sleek skyscrapers of the city.

Please Note: Order of sights may vary. There will be some time allocated for a quick meal (at your own expense) for any guests who wish to eat lunch.
